What kinda fly is this..i had real tuff time taking a snap of this. Even little gust of wind made this go blurry...luckily the fly sat there for some time..

This is a kinda SNAKE..i knw that much...but what variety or its name.. have no idea..Would appreciate if someone cud name this..have a closer look..it was about a normal Earthworm size..and less thin than a earth worm...Picture wasnt clear enuf..bit blurry when blown..
